● CONDITIONS
By contacting and requesting my services, you automatically agree to the following policies:
» Materials & Information
The client must provide all content, outlines, photos, project images, and descriptions necessary for any special projects. The source material must be clear and legible. You, as the client, are responsible for furnishing all pertinent information, and for furnishing accurate, truthful and complete information necessary for me to perform or complete the agreed services or project.
» Delivery
I am fully available for remote work. Completed projects are delivered via Cloud Storage or email, or other digital means as required by the client or the project in question.
» Revisions/Author Alterations
Alterations outside the pertinent agreements and time tables will be charged.
» Copyrights & Licensing
First, you must guarantee that all elements of text, images or other artwork provided are either owned by your good self, or that you have permission to use them.
Then, when a final payment has cleared, copyright will be automatically assigned as follows:

I, the Artist, will own the intellectual property of any visual elements created for a project. Source files and editable files will not be provided along with the finalized artwork unless previously arranged and charged accordingly.

I, the Artist will own the unique combination of these elements that constitutes a complete design and will license that to you, the Client, exclusively and in perpetuity for commercial usage, unless it’s agreed otherwise. A separate estimate for that can be provided.

I reserve the right, with the Client’s permission, to display and link to the project as part of their portfolio and to write about it on websites, in magazine articles, and in books.

Some projects may require they remain private for a certain period of time before the public may view them, and I will always respect those time frames. NDA agreements are welcome.
Depending on the scope of the project, you will receive a full digital copy of a more detailed contract, for both parties to keep as proof of service agreement.

✖ The following requests will be turned down:
✖ Anything that requires me to mimic another artist's style (when you can commission them instead).
✖ Furries (I can refer you to specialized artists)
✖ Explicit sexual/NSFW content, hentai, yaoi, yuri, lolicon, or any form of porn.
✖ Any sort of political or religious propaganda, racist, homophobic, misogynistic or generally offensive content
✖ Animations
✖ Lettering
✖ Anything I find goes against my personal values
✖ Crunch time (please be aware of schedules)

● PAYMENT PROCESS
Commercial pictures should be paid upfront. However, depending on the agreement with the client, a minimum of 50% of the total amount can be sent instead, with the latter half paid after completion. PayPal is preferred and you will get an invoice upon finishing preliminary discussions over the commission contents.
No Refunds*.
FOR PAYPAL, Please send payment in USD ($ ) whenever possible. Euros (€) are also accepted as long as proper currency exchange rates are provided.
For other means of payment, please ask first.
» I reserve the right to cancel the deal and return your payment if I need to (you will be notified).
» All pictures will be used as portfolio pieces and displayed on different gallery sites as I see them fit, as long as no NDAs have been agreed on.
» Artwork will be and is limited to digital media only.
» Deadlines and prospective budgets will be taken into consideration before providing estimates.
*No refunds after any kind of work on my part has been started: sketch or work in progress screenshots and other previews for example. Payment upfront will not be refunded. Partial payment will not be refunded, but the remaining payment may be forfeited depending on the circumstances. Will not refund due to client dissatisfaction with the piece after the production process has been completed.
● PRICING
Quotes and estimates are calculated taking into consideration the following aspects:
» Initial budget proposed for the project.
» Time-tables and deadlines.
» The complexity of the task.
» Scope.
» Amount of total artwork files to be provided.
» Amount of profit earned from the piece by the client.
» Aditional costs, such as software/tools/editable files/transportation (if applicable).
