● MECHANICS | CONTRACT
By CONTACTING and COMMISSIONING A PERSONAL piece FROM ME, you automatically agree to the following policies:
When commissions are open, you will be provided a link to a form where you'll be detailing your request. After receiving a confirmation reply with the corresponding quote, please send the payment over to the given Paypal address.
Payment will be done through Paypal or Ko-fi (for orders below $100) only (always send as payment for Goods and Services). No refunds.*
Please keep in mind that it could take a while before you receive your pic, especially if there's a big number of people in the queue. I am rather slow, but I will do my best so that the wait is worth it!
*No refunds after any kind of work on my part has been started: sketch or work in progress screenshots and other previews for example. Payment upfront will not be refunded. Partial payment will not be refunded, but the remaining payment may be forfeited depending on the circumstances. Will not refund due to client dissatisfaction with the piece after the production process has been completed.
Unless previously arranged, all commissions are for personal use only so please refrain from:
✖ Using them for profitable ends such as selling merchandise, monetized youtube videos, or any other kind of profitable redistribution.
✖ Clearing, hiding, cropping or modifying watermarks/signatures.
✖ Reposting without giving proper credit and without linking back to me.
✔ You're, however, allowed to use your commissioned picture as an icon, header, background, phone wallpaper, put it on a frame in your desk, take it out to dinner, etc.
● PAYMENT PROCESS
A minimum of 50% of total pricing at the moment of the request, remaining payment after the picture is finished and before the file is sent. Payment upfront is also always welcome! You will receive a PayPal invoice upon submission and final quote's approval.
After the final picture is done and sent, any modifications will be charged. Before the final payment, you will receive a rough sketch, updates upon request, and a preview of the finished picture as proof of its completion.
Please send payment in USD ($ ) whenever possible. Euros (€) are also accepted as long as proper currency exchange rates are used.
» I reserve the right to cancel the deal and return your payment if I need to (you will be notified).
» All pictures will be used as portfolio pieces and displayed on different gallery sites as I see them fit.
» By e-mailing and requesting a commissioned piece you automatically agree to all the policies stated in this post.
» All the pictures are digital only.
IMPORTANT: Please include in your message your name or handle, preferably the one you registered on PayPal, for me to include in your invoice. A nickname of your choice for jotting you down on the queue is also welcome.
The following information will be requested when filling the commission form:
» Number of characters. No more than five at a time.
» Crop. Waist up or full body.
» Theme. What am I going to be drawing? Original characters, fanart, weapons.... look at the next section to check my preferred and banned themes.
» Style. What do you need? Simple line art? Flat colors? Look at the samples below and choose your favorite combination! More than one picture at a time is allowed, but must be submitted in different forms.
» Reference images. Please add as many as possible, even for character designs, references for hairstyles, clothing, atmosphere, and inspiration should be provided. Written descriptions for characters not yet illustrated should be DETAILED and include visual references for what you envision (or the closest to it). Here's a guide for proper references!
Requests with bad reference images will be turned down.

✖ Heavy ornamental armor if proper references are not provided (turnarounds, undergarments, upper and lower views, screenshots with proper lighting, etc). Looking at you, FF14 players.
✖ Any sort of political or religious propaganda, racist, homophobic, misogynistic or generally offensive content
✖ Celebrities

✖ Mineta
✖ Emotes

» If you're a FFXIV (or any other game with a character creator) player, a writer, or otherwise have difficulty drawing your own references for your character, PLEASE REFER TO THIS GUIDE. Bad screenshots, insufficient descriptions, or otherwise hard to see references will make me turn down your request.

Subject to modifications according to complexity.
Since every request is different, this is only a guideline. You will need to tell me exactly what you want first, and we can discuss a fair price for both of us. Don’t be afraid to ask!
» Modifications to the final product +20% base price for big changes, small/reasonable changes free of charge.
» Extra characters: + 50% base price per character. Up to 5 characters only.
» Outfit/Prop not available in direct references: up to + 50% base price. Subject to complexity.
» FFXIV characters with complex armor will be more expensive. You're, however, allowed to offer in-game assets/mounts/gear/crysta as a partial form of payment.
» Pieces will always be in either 1:1 or 4:3 ratio.
